At HA-WI, production follows the ISO9001:2008 accredited Quality Management System. Adhering to international standards demonstrates our ability to meet the requirements of our customers and ensures both internal and external quality controls are met on a regular basis. The standards contained in the Quality Management System are used continually to update the technical demands placed on our products to ensure ISO compliance.

Process Performance Monitoring

An operation that channels tasks and achieves results may be defined as a process. Nearly all methods applied to the production process must be linked and monitored accordingly if affective results are to be obtained. Such results, once attained, often lead to new processes. We must be aware of the many process strands and in particular the changes that may occur between processes, and the effect these have on production. Our objective in monitoring performance is therefore dependent on operational awareness at every stage of the manufacturing process.

The above diagram illustrates the Quality Management process and the basic requirements set out in the ISO9001:2008 charter. Every step needed to ensure flawless delivery is detailed in the diagram above, with customers and third parties actively participating in achieving perfect product execution. The Quality Management System is applied throughout the development and manufacturing stages, and results are measured against the ISO charter to ensure we meet quality and performance requirements on a continual basis. HA-WI also uses customer surveys to measure customer satisfaction and garner feedback on the quality of our products and services with the aim of exceeding your expectations every time.
